Wellness Programs
In additional to dance instruction, Valley Academy for the Arts provides programs and services in support of your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Programs are available to students, parents, and staff of Valley Academy for the Arts and for the greater Fox Valley community.

- Education for self-knowledge and life direction
- Behavioral Counseling
- Mindfulness and Stress-relief classes
- Personal, Creative and Vocational Development
- Nutritional Counseling
- Nutrition
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Workshops in body image, self-esteem, dysmorphia, etc.
- Peer mentoring
