Ballet-Adult

Q: What will I learn in the adult dance class?
A: In Adult Beginner Ia you will learn all the basic dance steps on the barre and in the center. In Adult Beginner Ib you will learn the knowledge of a typical ballet class. Beginning students attend Adult Beginner Ia and Ib before advancing to the Intermediate Adult level.

Q: How often does the class meet?
A: The class currently meets once a week for 60 minutes.

Q: What should I wear to dance class?
A: You will need ballet slippers for class. If you are comfortable
wearing tights and a leotard please do so, or you may wear any other workout clothes. Whatever you choose to wear should be fitted, stretchy, comfortable, and allow freedom of movement.

Q: Where can I get more information on adult classes?
A: For more information or questions regarding adult classes taught at Valley Academy for the Arts, please contact Anne Marie Abderholden, at
(920) 279-1578 or e-mail us at registration@valleyacademyarts.org

Q: How can I pay for classes?
A: You can pay by the term or monthly. If you have a busy schedule you can buy a class card. A "class card" is a punch card with 10 classes per card.
